  • Successfully represented a major IT corporation in a high-stakes merger valued at S$6.3 million.
  • Represented biomedical corporation specialising in development of antibody treatment for yellow fever in the acquisition of their intellectual property rights for the same.
  • Represented and advised renowned international loss adjustment firm for the energy, oil and gas industry in the termination of their Managing Director for APAC region and achieved a favourable settlement.
  • Represented furniture manufacturing company in the sale of its worker’s dormitory with transactional value of S$13.4 million.
  • Successfully represented founder director of investment technology firm against action by investors under a Convertible Note Subscription Agreement, for alleged fraudulent misrepresentation. Reported in Jasviderbir Sing Sethi and another v Sandeep Singh Bhatia and another [2021] SGHC 14.
  • Successfully represented director and shareholder of construction company in a derivative action under Section 216A of the Companies Act, for leave to commence legal proceedings against errant director for breach of fiduciary duty on behalf of company. Reported in Yeo Sing San v Sanmugam Murali and another [2016] SGHC 14.
  • Successfully represented 1 out of 5 siblings in legal proceedings conducted in the Family Justice Courts as well as the High Court of Singapore. The Family Justice Courts proceedings relate to a dispute between surviving next-of-kins to be appointed as the administrators of the deceased’s estate and the High Court proceedings relate to misappropriation of shares in the family company. Achieved favourable outcome for client through mediation after the first tranche of trial to secure a settlement at over S$5 million.
  • Consulting and advisory work for corporate finance advisory company in relation to transactional deals valued at over US$50 million.
  • Represented construction company in adjudication proceedings against an international fashion brand for overdue payments under the Schedule of Payments Act, valued at over S$2 million.
  • Successfully Represented engineering company in adjudication proceedings against subsidiary of public listed company in waste management services for overdue payments under the Schedule of Payments Act.
